Puyao Ge

Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Computational Applied Mathematics and Operations Research at Rice University, working with Prof. Andrew Schaefer. I am also affiliated with the Institute for Data Science in Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center, hosted by Prof. Jeffrey Siewerdsen.

I received my Ph.D. in 2024 from the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I was advised by Prof. Vidyadhar Kulkarni and Prof. Jayashankar Swaminathan.

I received my B.S. degree in 2019 from the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Tsinghua University.
